At MROZY, we think adventures are way better when you share them.
We’re a Polish outdoor brand making lightweight, compact gear for people who like to live light and move free — the ones who go where the trails end.
Every bit of MROZY gear is designed in Poland and tested in the real world by folks like you — hikers, bikers, paddlers, and anyone who just wants to explore beyond the obvious.
We mix minimalism, durability, and pure functionality so you can focus on the journey, not how heavy your pack is.
But MROZY isn’t just gear — it’s a growing crew of explorers across Europe, all sharing the same vibe: live simply, move freely, and be part of something real.
Join in. Move with MROZY.
Designed for Real Adventure
Born from countless days in the wild, our gear is built to handle whatever nature throws your way. Every detail is tested, refined, and proven in the field.
Ultralight. Functional. Reliable.
We believe less is more — when your equipment is light, durable, and efficient, the adventure gets bigger. Smart design with no unnecessary weight.
Made in Poland. Used Everywhere.
From mountain trails to wild rivers, MROZY gear travels far. Engineered and tested in Poland, trusted by explorers around the globe.
Meet Our Team
Wojtek Wieczorek
Engineer, inventor, outdoor freak. Work and life both revolve around mountains and being outside.
Founder of AEROSIZE, running R&D. Created a compact avalanche airbag, hold several patents and utility models. I build gear that’s meant to be safe, simple, and actually work in real mountain conditions — mainly mountaineering equipment (CEN expert: mountaineering equipment).
Also co-creator and co-designer of BACKWARDS bindings. Previously R&D Manager at AEROSIZE in NCBR projects.
Outside of work: backcountry snowboarding, kitesurfing, packrafting, mountaineering. The wilder, the better.
Engineer by education (MSc in Civil Engineering, Wrocław University of Science and Technology).

Wojtek Surdy
Designer and inventor of the BACKWARDS binding system. Founder and co-owner of the company behind it. The whole idea came from pushing for simpler, smarter solutions in outdoor and adventure gear.
I also worked as Technical Director at Aerosize R&D, where I focused on research and development for avalanche safety technology.
Most of my professional life is about designing and building equipment for demanding outdoor conditions — stuff that has to work in the cold, in the mountains, and when things don’t go as planned.

Friends
We actively collaborate with people we know and trust — friends, designers, riders, and industry partners. We work closely together, test gear side by side, and sometimes turn these collaborations into long-term projects or real products.
